Terms of Service & Boost Policy
Please review our terms carefully before completing a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines stated below.

The short version
- All sales are final. No refunds, no credits, no chargebacks.
- Failed or short delivery gets a free replacement, claimed within 2 days.
- Claims go through our Discord ticket channel with your order ID and server invite.
- Boosts depend on Discord and can be ended early. Account bans are never our responsibility.
1. Strict No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once an order is processed, no refunds, cancellations, or credits will be granted under any circumstance.
Chargebacks are not eligible for refund. Filing one will result in permanent removal from our platform without credit for the order.
2. Delivery Guarantee & Replacements
If your boosts fail to arrive or you receive fewer than ordered, you qualify for a 100% free replacement of the missing amount via a support ticket. We will always attempt to redeliver or replace the missing product.
If we cannot redeliver or provide the product, no replacement, refund, or compensation will be given.
Claim window: 2 days
Replacement claims must be opened within 2 days of the order. Claims raised after this window cannot be honoured.
3. Proof of Purchase
Always keep your payment receipt or order ID. Staff require verifiable proof of purchase to handle any replacements or support inquiries.
4. Official Staff & Transactions Only
All transactions must go through our official ticket system or authorized staff. We bear no responsibility for deals made via DMs with third parties.
5. Boost Duration Disclaimer
We do not guarantee boosts will last a full 30 days. If a boost drops or is revoked early by Discord, no replacements, refunds, or compensation are provided. Replacement under clause 2 applies only where a boost never activated.
6. Nitro Token Policy
Nitro tokens are non-refundable once delivered. Buyers are solely responsible for the accounts they redeem them on. If an account is terminated, suspended, or removed by Discord, we will not be responsible and no refund or replacement will be issued.
7. Discord ToS & Account Responsibility
Our tools operate on Discord accounts. Buyers are solely responsible for using them lawfully and in line with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not liable for account suspension, termination, or restriction by Discord, or for any loss resulting from it.
8. Tools & Software Updates
Our tools may be patched or broken by Discord or browser updates at any time. When this happens we will try to provide a fix, but a working fix is not 100% confirmed and may take time. We are not liable for any loss caused by a tool being unavailable or non-functional.
9. Data Handling
We never store tokens or credentials. Anything submitted to our tools, including token lists, is processed for the request and discarded.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction. By ordering from us you accept that these terms are the entire agreement between you and GoatBoosts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. We will announce material changes in our Discord and on this page's "Last updated" date. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in effect when they were placed.
How to open a claim
Open a ticket in our Discord ticket channel within 2 days of your order and include all three:
- 1. Your order ID or payment receipt
- 2. Your server invite link
- 3. What was ordered and what was missing
Acceptance of Terms
Submitting payment confirms you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
